Project management and technical implementation of new service management

The computer science department of Bank Vontobel professionalized the management of change projects in the productive IT environment with the introduction of the SEMA platform.

Changes were made so far on the application ky2help. Since 1st of April 2011 the new platform SEMA (SErvice MAnagement tool), which the management of change projects for the whole thing more standardized and more professional - from the entry of change requests by the departments, through to the acceptance of implemented changes in production in the area is operational. About 240 colleagues from the departments and IT have the training for the five modules Request for Change (RFC), Change, Release, Service Request and Task completed.
