Project management migration DIAS

For the migration project DIAS (DFS AIS Integrated Systems), Mr. Uwe Todte, Imaso AG worked during the period 30.06.2008 - 31.03.2009 as project manager for DFS, German Air Traffic Control in Langen, Germany.

Mr. Todte took over the project in the early phase of planning. Through him, the detailed planning phase, structured, managed and delivered in March 2009 could go over to a DFS project manager. Mr Todte coordinated the approach and the project planning with the management of the business and implemented it. Despite different interests, it has succeeded Mr. Todte to host the project MIDIAS towards a common goal.

In addition to the project, Mr Todte has developed and implemented a process for structuring and documentation of projects and has put measures established in the business, and AIM.
