Business Process Analysis

In the course of structural reorganization in the DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH Uwe Todt, Imaso AG advised the process for clarifying the processes of the division Aeronautical Information Management (AIM GB). Focus was the business unit "AIM Policies & plans" (AIM / FP) with DFS internal interfaces. The approach and project plan was coordinated with the management of the business unit and as planned implemented. Despite of the close diary of the management, the targets foreseen in the time and on budget can be achieved.
